Priced by your home.
Every home is different, so your price is set by its size, how often you clean and its condition. These are starting prices per visit for a 2-bedroom home in Clarksville, with a $150 minimum per visit. Gentle cleaning products are standard at no extra charge.
First-time and deep cleans are priced separately from recurring service, based on your home’s current condition. We’ll confirm your rate after a quick walkthrough or a few photos. Larger homes cost more, and pricing in Nashville, Franklin and Brentwood differs from Clarksville. Homes that need extra attention are quoted by condition. Tell me about your home and I will confirm your exact price from photos or a short walkthrough. New clients receive $25 off a first deep clean, and active military and veterans receive 10% off.

How is my price set?
By the size of your home, how often you clean and its condition. I confirm every quote from photos or a short walkthrough, so the price you hear is the price you pay. Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients are at work. You can be home, leave a key or door code, or use a lockbox. We'll note how to get in when you book.
What about pets?
Tell us about your pets when you request a quote. For everyone's safety, pets need to be crated or in a closed room while the cleaner is in your home.
Do I pay extra for cleaning products?
No. Gentle cleaning products are standard. If you prefer that I use something specific, let me know.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let me know. There's no fee with more than 48 hours' notice.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the clean is finished. Card, ACH and Zelle are accepted.
