Payment is due when the clean is finished. Card, ACH and Zelle are accepted. A deposit may apply to deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans and larger jobs.

There is no fee with more than 48 hours of notice. Closer to the visit, a percentage of the scheduled service applies, which is spelled out in your service agreement.

No. Many clients are at work. You can be home, leave a key or door code, or use a lockbox. We will note how to get in when you book.

Kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and surfaces, floors and beds made, done to the same written checklist every visit. A deep clean adds the detail work, such as baseboards, buildup on fixtures and hard-to-reach spots.

If a surface reacts or is damaged, I stop, document it and tell you before I leave. If anything is not right, contact me promptly and we will make a plan to fix it.

Solas serves Middle Tennessee, including Clarksville, Nashville, Franklin and Brentwood, Tennessee. If you are outside those cities but in Middle Tennessee, ask and I will check.

Yes. Airbnb turnovers are a guest-ready reset between stays. You leave clean linens on site, I make the beds, and I wash, dry and fold the dirty set. Extra linen loads are available.

Yes. It is a top-to-bottom clean of an empty home, quoted from your photos or a walkthrough. It works best when the home is empty. Inside the oven and refrigerator are available as add-ons.

Yes. I clean offices and light commercial spaces on recurring schedules, often after hours, and quote each one after a short walkthrough.

Solas does not perform restoration, stain correction, refinishing, mold remediation, biohazard or pest work, or repairs. If I find something like this, I will point it out rather than attempt it.
