Weekly, biweekly or monthly upkeep: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, surfaces, floors and beds made.

Deep cleaning

Everything in a recurring clean plus the detail work: baseboards, buildup, fixtures and hard-to-reach spots.

Move-in / move-out

A top-to-bottom clean of an empty home, quoted from your photos or a walkthrough.

Airbnb turnovers

Guest-ready resets between stays, using the linens you leave on site, with a load of dirty linens washed, dried and folded.

Office and light commercial

Recurring cleaning for small offices, billed monthly.

First-time and deep cleans are priced separately from recurring service, based on your home’s current condition. We’ll confirm your rate after a quick walkthrough or a few photos.
